Biografia
Seraphina Zurbriggen is working as a Post-Doc Researcher at the Institute of Communication and Health / University of Lugano since September 2009. Her main research interest focuses on decision-making, patient-doctor relationship, cultural differences and illness perception. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Lugano Seraphina Zurbriggen earned her PhD from the Institute of Psychology at the University of Zurich with an empirical study on ¿information search in the decision-making process¿. She has studied Applied Cognitive Psychology in the Department of General Psychology and has written her Master thesis about the nonmetric multidimensional space of the semantic differential.
