Course objective
The objective of this course is to provide the students with an analytical and decision making framework to deal with the main managerial issue of SMEs operating in tourism sectors. The course is organized around three focuses:
1. SMEs management and decision making framework;
2. Family businesses´ issues and decision making tools;
3. Strategic management for service businesses
The course is based on readings, workshops, lectures, case discussions and experiential exercises.
