Biography

Louise Brandberg Realini is an architect working at the Institute of Economic Research, focusing on the urban reality and its transformation, aiming at a deeper understanding of and new approaches to urban planning. Recent studies have also included questions as attractiveness of places, more seen as liveability or liveliness in the urban context. She studied architecture at Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), where she obtained her diploma in 2003, but also at the Accademia di architettura at the University of Lugano. Before her arrival at the Institute of Economic research she gained professional experience as architect in Lugano.
