CODE - Centre for the Observation of Economic Dynamics - monitors Ticino´s economic system, its structure and trends, from an interregional and, more particularly, a cross-border perspective. Through its qualitative and quantitative analyses of economic phenomena, CODE provides a platform for a number of services: backing for public and private investment decisions, for new production plants, for regional strategic marketing, for diversification and innovation and, more generally for the design of policies promoting Ticino´s economic development. CODE, moreover, stands as a sort of launch pad for surveys and analyses focusing on the competitiveness of individual economic sectors or of entire regional systems.
