The project aims at Determining and comparing the external costs as related to different vehicle categories according to their emission concept (EURO 1, 2, 3, 4), CO2-emission limits and their engine system (gasoline, diesel or electrical) in order to estimate the possibilities of reducing the external costs by promoting efficient vehicles and electrical vehicles
