A joint service of the University of Lugano and of the University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), aiming to provide support to researchers of both institutions. Read more

Ticinoscience aims to bring science and society closer together. Its main activity is scientific communication in Southern Switzerland. Its objectives are achieved by conducting surveys on public perception of science, developing local and international projects, running a science centre in collaboration with Lugano’s school authorities, a planetarium and a laboratory for the teaching of biology. The University’s USI Career Service aims at fostering exchange and contacts with the professional world, and at acquainting students with the working environment, thus making the transition from the academic world to the workplace easier and more successful. Read more

The Accommodation Service is a service of our University designed to help students and assistants in their search for a place to stay. The Service cannot guarantee full success at all times, but wants to provide free one-to-one advice and guidance through practical directions on opportunities and the appropriate channels.
