Alessandra Zamparini is researcher at the Institute of Marketing and Communication Management (IMCA). She is currently PhD student at the Faculty of Communication under the supervision of Francesco Lurati, and in co-tutoring with the University of Padua. She joined the University of Lugano in 2005. Prior to that she has worked within the International Relations Centre at IULM University, Milan, where she also completed her studies. In 2005 she graduated at the Master of Science in Management of External Relations and of Communication in Public Administration and Public Services and in 2003 she got her degree in Communication Science. Within her bachelor programme she spent a semester as visiting student at the Loughborough University, UK in the department of Communication and Media studies.
