Eric Quintane is currently a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Institute of Management at USI and a Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Behavioral Science at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He obtained his PhD in Management from the University of Melbourne, and previously held appointments at the University of Melbourne as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow and as a Lecturer. He was a visiting scholar at the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania, USA). His has taught Organizational Theory at Undergraduate and Master levels and Research Methodology (social network analysis)at PhD level. His research examines interaction patterns between individuals or firms and their consequence for individual or firm performance.
