International Relations and Study abroad Service

8 April 2019

Following the plenum for USI’s Administrative Staff held in December 2018, few colleagues have decided to take this opportunity and participate in a Staff Training Week.

So far, three collaborators have been selected:

Elisa Larghi, Dean’s Office at the Faculty of Informatics, will spend one week at KU Leuven in Belgium. The leading theme of the week is “Community Feeling”, and the training will offer a rich program of lectures, parallel sessions and extracurricular activities.

Liliana Sampietro, Controlling Service, will participate in a three-day international training and job shadowing at Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, specifically dedicated to the financial services of universities.

Chiara Cauzzi, collaborator of the Lugano University Library within the Cataloging Service for the Dionisotti Fund, will spend one week at the University of Barcelona’s Biblioteca de Riserva. This Staff Week will offer a rich program for libraries collaborators.

We remind all our colleagues that the offers for Staff Training Weeks are available at https://www.usi.ch/it/bacheca-mobilita in the “Staff mobility” section.

There are still places available so don’t be shy, apply!
