"Casa di Progetto" goes digital

The invitation is still open: "come in and step into the future", which is now near, with a click. Following the initiative of USI, SUPSI and the City of Lugano, the Casa di progetto, temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 emergency, virtually opens its doors to the public by moving the numerous contents dedicated to the new university campus online.
The virtual journey guiding the community and future patrons throughout the development of the East Campus in Ticino continues from a distance: diagrams, figures and videos to discover the construction site, the building and the university campus are available online for a virtual tour of the new campus.
Since its inauguration on 25 March 2019, the Casa di progetto has been updating its contents following the development of this important urban planning project, with the desire to stay in touch with the population and future users. Online, it continues to be an open source of information for the City and its citizens that will carry on also after the new Campus is open, in the form of a diary to retrace the history of a city and a university campus that have grown and continue to grow together.
