According to the "Future of Jobs Report" of the World Economic Forum, by 2025, 50% of employees in organisations will need to retrain. The so-called "double disruption" of the economic impact of the pandemic and increasing automation have transformed the labour market. In an evolving and technologically changing work environment, employees will be asked to cope with the discontinuity with past processes and to align with future ones. Therefore, they will have to update and redefine their skills over the next five years.

The theme is at the heart of the Free Webinar - Double Disruption and New Skills 2025, organised by USI's Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) to be held on 2 December 2020, from 12 pm to 1:30 pm via Zoom. It is necessary to register to participate: registration.

The debate, moderated by Prof. Gianluca Colombo, Dean of USI Faculty of Economics and Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship, will feature Prof. Filippo Carlo Wezel, Professor of Organization and Management - USI, Prof. Gianvito Lanzolla, Professor of Strategy - Cass Business School London, and Prof. Frédéric Godart, Professor Organizational Behavior - INSEAD Paris.
