Online lesson orgnaized by USI Startup Centre in collaboration with Edouard Treccani from Wingman Ventures. The key topic of the lecture will be: “pre-seed investment”, a fundamental element for startups
Edouard Treccani is Head of Partnerships at Wingman Ventures where he is responsible for deal flow, special projects, and the fund’s interactions with the Swiss startup ecosystem. Previously, Edouard was Program Director at the startup accelerator MassChallenge and built Superfounder, a community of over 150 experienced tech founders from Switzerland.
Wingman Ventures helps founder teams of Swiss tech startups to achieve their ambitious goals in becoming international market leaders. With a $80m venture fund, they invest in 10 startups per year as lead investor in pre-seed and seed rounds.
Edouard will share some practical tips to raise you pre-seed and tell you what VCs assess when evaluating an investment case at pre-seed so you can hopefully adjust your game-plan for your first fundraise.
