The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute as Leading House for sub-Saharan Africa is launching a call for advanced PhD students and early postdoctoral researchers from Switzerland and sub-Saharan Africa. Applicants can apply for a visiting fellowship between 3 and 15 months and eligible costs include equipment costs, research funds and mobility stipends (maximum budget for candidate CHF 70’000).
Projects should address any of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the context of Swiss-sub-Saharan African cooperation, and multidisciplinary projects are encouraged from collaborations that include one or several domains of Climate Change, Global and Environmental Health, Migration, Nanosciences and Social Sciences.
