LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a methodology to facilitate workshops where participants respond to the challenges/tasks assigned to them by building symbolic and metaphorical models with LEGO® bricks, and then presenting them to the other participants.
LSP was invented in the late nineties by the LEGO company, to help - in a managerial context - to think, share ideas, create teams, solve problems and define business strategies.
The eLab has been using this methodology since 2006, and has created two LSP applications to be used in the design of online communication activities (URL - User Requirements with LEGO®) and training activities (LLED - LEGO® Learning Experience Design).
Currently six eLab collaborators are certified facilitators for the LSP methodology: Stefano Tardini, Giorgia Jaccard-Mora, Branislava Trifkovic, Anda Andrijanic, Stella N'Djoku, Anna Picco Schwendener.
