Swissuniversities has launched the Swiss Open Research Data Grants programme, a series of Calls for project within the framework of the application of the Action Plan for the Swiss National Open Research Data strategy.
This track enables researchers to contribute to existing open communities built on ORD principles, validate their integration into existing infrastructures (also on an international scale), and focus on their potential to improve scientific impact and technical quality.
Funding and Duration
The total cost of the project (including matching funds) must not exceed CHF 30,000. This scheme finances projects up to 12 months, max. until the end of 2024.
Calls Opening
The first call for proposals for Track C opens 1 October with a submission deadline of 1 December 2022, the second call for proposals will be issued from 2 June 2023 to 2 August 2023. Further calls are issued in coordination with the ETH Domain and will be announced at a later date.
