The Congressi Stefano Franscini (CSF) of ETH, promotes scientific meetings at the Congress and Cultural centre Monte Verità. The aim is to foster the development of Swiss research, encouraging international exchange.
CSF is supporting conferences and workshops.
Eligibility
- The main organizer must be a professor affiliated at a Swiss University;
- Involvement of both experienced and young scientists:
- Quality and relevance of the submitted applications;
- International meeting.
Funding and duration
For conferences: At least one co-applicant is necessary.
A duration of three to five days and more than 50 participants
The CSF gives 2’000 CHF lump-sum subsidy per day. Additionally the CSF pays 1’400 CHF per day directly to the Monte Verità for the conference rooms.
For workshops:
A duration of three days.
The CSF gives 1’000 CHF lump-sum subsidy per day. Additionally the CSF pays 600 CHF per day directly to the centre Monte Verità to the costs of the conference rooms.
The CSF subsidizes the costs of bedrooms at the Monte Verità.
The conference last three to five days, the workshop is in general lasting three days.
