The Master of Science in Health Communication at USI equips students to develop, manage, and evaluate health communication across sectors and global settings. With a focus on social, cultural, environmental factors, the programme prepares graduates to design strategies and policies that promote health for people and the planet.

The Master offers a high-quality education in health-related communication across public and private sectors, as well as diverse economic settings. The programme prepares students to design, implement, and assess communication strategies, policies, and interventions that enhance both human and planetary health. Rooted within the Faculty of Communication, Society, and Culture, it emphasizes the interconnected social, cultural, political, and environmental, factors that shape health behaviors and outcomes.

Graduates of the Master of Science in the Health Communication programme at USI are well suited for working in a range of sectors and settings, including, but not limited to:

  • health departments of public administration,
