Data Visualization with Excel & AI

This module focuses on understanding why visualization is critical in making data easier to understand and interpret. The aim is to teach participants how to efficiently represent data through clear and impactful graphs and charts. Using Excel as the foundational tool, students will learn practical techniques to create professional visualizations. Excel’s simplicity and versatility make it an ideal platform for building effective visual representations.
Additionally, I will also introduce prompts and methods to leverage ChatGPT for generating useful and clear visualizations, making it easier to understand data and make better decisions.
The course will be taught in English.

During my master’s in finance, I had to work simultaneously on many projects, such as the Asset Management Challenge and the CFA challenge. In these projects, I had to analyse a lot of data and create clear visualizations. Moreover, through the Data Analytics for Finance course, I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of interpreting data through visualizations. To deliver my best work, I developed and improved my skills in creating impactful visualizations, which I am excited to teach others in this module.
