Master in Corporate Communication

5 April 2019

This week, Michele Tesoro-Tess, Executive Vice President EMEA of the Reputation Institute has met with MCC students within the course Corporate Identity and Image.

During a lively interactive workshop, Michele has illustrated how to measure reputation and how to develop a Corporate Reputation Cockpit that supports business decisions and effective communication.

He has introduced a 10-step approach and illustrated it with data and examples that have triggered an intense exchange with students. This session has contributed to translate in practice and pull together the concepts discussed during this semester and to build a strong case for the role of measurement in corporate communication.
