Nicoletta Fornara appointed Co-Chair of Open Digital Rights Language Community Group

Professor-Researcher (MER) Nicoletta Fornara, of the Institute of Digital Communication Technologies (ITDxC) at USI Faculty of Communication, Culture and Society has been appointed as a new Co-Chair of the Open Digital Rights Language (ODRL) Community Group (https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/) of the W3C.
The ODRL Community Group supports the promotion and future development of the W3C ODRL recommendations. The ODRL language is a policy expression language for representing permitted and prohibited actions over a certain asset, as well as the obligations to be met by interested parties.
Dr Nicoletta Fornara is leading work on defining the semantics of the ODRL language.
