Geovisualization, dynamic maps competition
Salon de la Géomatique Festival International de Géographie de
Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, 21 édition, October 7-10, 2010
With the new information technologies maps renew their potentialitie. The
International Festival of Geography (which will take place at
Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, France, from 7-10 October 2008) will welcome the
Geomatic Salon which will be an opportunity to present methods, tools and
technologies to observe, analyze and represent the geographical space.
The Geomatic Salon organizes a competition on dynamic / interactive maps
and geovisualization which emphasises the visual and graphic quality, the
innovation and the pedagogy of the realized map. This competition is free
of
charge.
