INNOGLY COST ACTION - Annual meeting 2022

Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence

Start date: 4 May 2022

End date: 6 May 2022

From 4 to 6 May, at the East Campus Lugano, the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IDSIA) will host the annual meeting of the European COST action INNOGLY, a project to build up a multidisciplinary group of researchers to gain new insight into the biological function of glycans in different biological contexts.

INNOGLY (Innovation with Glycans: news frontiers from synthesis to new biological targets) is a European research action to build up a multidisciplinary group of researchers to address the same pioneering goal: gaining new insight into the biological function of glycans in different biological contexts.

To this end, INNOGLY will bring together scientists working in the vast area of glycoscience and researchers of other scientific disciplines willing to mutual exchange of knowledge, skill and expertise.

Between Wednesday 4 and Friday 6 May 2022 the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IDSIA), an institute affiliated with USI and SUPSI, will host the annual meeting of INNOGLY at the East Campus of Lugano-Viganello to which about 70 researchers affiliated with the European programme will take part. The event is coordinated by Prof. Andrea Danani, head of the computational biophysics research group at IDSIA, who is Committee Member (MC) for Switzerland in the INNOGLY action.
