Evolution of the Transition Committee and first meetings of the extended Management Board

The USI Council amended the Regulations of the Transition Committee on 4 October 2022. Information on its composition and breakdown of responsibilities is available at this link: https://bit.ly/3C52yVM.
It is another step in the reorganisation of USI's administrative services undertaken to better support the university's growth. This change marks the completion of the definition stage of the new administrative services organisation chart and moves a further step toward its implementation. While waiting for the new Director of Operations to be appointed and take office, Deputy Rector Prof. Lorenzo Cantoni will serve as coordinator of the Transition Committee and chair of the extended Management Board, which brings together area and faculty coordinators, and which will begin its meetings starting next week.
