Date: 16 May 2023 / 18:30 - 20:00

Lugano - Campus West, Red Building A-11

Fashion is undergoing a major digital transformation, which is touching all its facets, layers, and processes. The fashion industry has not been exempted from the impact of digitalization, which has transformed the field through the use of new information and communication technologies (ICTs) – which can be referred to, in short, as “digital fashion”:

ICTs are used to design, produce, and distribute fashion products;

ICTs impact marketing and sales;

ICTs are extensively used in communication activities with all relevant stakeholders and contribute to the co-creation of trends in the fashion world.

This conversation will focus on how Coccinelle is shaping and has been shaped by the digital transformation.

Coccinelle is an Italian brand established in 1978, in Parma, where the company has always created accessories designed for the everyday lives of women worldwide. Coccinelle embodies contemporary design heightened by the finest Italian leather and crafts products which reflect the image and likeness of the modern woman. The brand considers and endorses the courage of the contemporary woman who expresses her own individuality and personal style.

The conversation will be held by Emanuele Mazziotta, which since 2020 has been responsible for Coccinelle's global strategy as General Manager and leads the company in the re-branding and repositioning plan and in the expansion into international markets.
