Lugano Faculties Graduation Ceremony - May 2024

The USI graduation ceremony took place on Monday, 27 May, at LAC, Lugano arte e cultura, bringing together all the faculties of Lugano. In the presence of institutional and political authorities, 295 students of 29 different nationalities were awarded bachelor's, master's, and doctorate diplomas.
The event took place in the presence of institutional and political authorities, with speeches by Gabriele Balbi, Pro-rector for Education and Students' Experience at USI, and Roberto Badaracco, Deputy Mayor of Lugano.
The Bachelor (79), Master (178) and Doctorate (38) graduates were announced in the presence of the study programme directors.
The head of the USI Alumni Service, Silvia Invrea, spoke during the ceremony.
The ceremony was enlivened by musical interludes provided by Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana.
