International Conference: Ageing in the digital era. An Interdisciplinary Debate on ICTs and Social Inclusion for Older Adults.

Petra Mazzoni, a PhD student at the Institute of Media and Journalism (IMeG-USI), presented the preliminary results of her research on media use and intergenerational networks among adults over 65 in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Her contribution, titled "Media Choices and Social Connections: Exploring Traditional and Digital Media Use Among Active Seniors in Switzerland", was presented at the International Conference Ageing in the Digital Era: An Interdisciplinary Debate on ICTs and Social Inclusion for Older Adults (February 20-21, 2025), organized by the Department of Sociology and Social Research at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
