Entering the world of work is, for many young adults, a turning point often marked by tension, uncertainty, and conflict. How can this transition be managed effectively? What tools can support young people through this crucial phase?
We will discuss these questions on Thursday, 26 June 2025, from 9:30 to 11:00 am, in Room 402, West Campus USI, Lugano, during a public encounter organised within the framework of the SNSF Agora project “Building dialogue spaces to solve conflicts.”
