The Power of Kindness

The Institute of Family Medicine invites the academic community and the general public to attend the event “Conscious communication, listening and relaxation techniques”, which will take place on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Aula polivalente, East Campus USI-SUPSI.

The evening will feature Daniel Lumera, a biologist, naturalist and lecturer, known for his work and publications on awareness, the science of well-being and the quality of human relationships. The event will offer an opportunity to explore the value of mindful listening and empathetic communication, along with simple relaxation techniques applicable to daily life and professional practice.

The event is open to everyone, but registration is required.
