Registration is now officially open for the new edition of the Swiss TecLadies mentoring programme, promoted by SATW – the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences, which, for Ticino, will be held at L'ideatorio USI in Cadro and the Est Campus Lugano. The initiative is aimed at young women* aged 14-19 from all over Switzerland and offers 120 spots for a seven-month programme – from September 2026 to April 2027 – to explore the world of science and technology.

During the programme, each participant will be individually supported by a mentor and will be able to:

  • meet professionals from the technical and scientific sector
  • discover companies and working environments first-hand
  • take part in training activities and thematic meetings
  • develop transferable skills and strengthen their self-confidence.

The aim is to broaden horizons, showcase the variety of STEM careers and encourage young women to see themselves as key players in the world of innovation.
