Student Corporation

27 March 2026

On March 26, 2026, the Student Council published its decisions regarding the project proposals submitted by student associations for the spring semester. With this publication, the two-week period for potential opposition through a student referendum officially opens, and any student may submit an objection by April 9, 2026. All students can review the decisions made and, if they deem it appropriate, submit opposition within the specified deadline.

Each year, the University allocates a budget to the Student Corporation to support initiatives from student associations as well as projects directly promoted by the Student Corporation. These resources provide a key opportunity for the student community, allowing students to experiment with self-management of activities, develop organizational and cooperative skills, manage concrete projects, and stimulate the creative process. At the same time, they foster synergies between the student community and the University, strengthening collaboration within the academic environment.

The projects approved for the spring semester 2026 cover a wide variety of initiatives designed to enhance diverse areas of interest and promote educational, cultural, and social experiences:

  • Intercultural events and international exchanges, promoting understanding of different cultures;
  • Workshops, labs, and professional activities, to develop practical skills, problem-solving, cooperation, and project management;
  • Conferences, seminars, and thematic meetings, to enrich the academic path with specialized perspectives;
  • Hackathons, educational visits, and creative labs, stimulating collaboration, and the creative process in the execution of concrete projects;
  • Editorial, cultural, and artistic projects, such as student magazines, exhibitions, and creative workshops;
  • Social activities and networking opportunities, to encourage participation and strengthen connections within the student community;
  • Diplomatic simulations and Model United Nations, to develop leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
  • Financial aspect, with specific credits assigned to each project, allowing students to manage tangible resources and plan the use of the budget to support their initiatives.

These projects serve as concrete tools through which students can apply organizational and management skills, actively cooperate with their peers, explore new approaches and practices while take responsibility in implementing complex initiatives, contributing to the growth of a more dynamic and engaged community.
