Professor Annamaria Astrologo appointed President of Equi-Lab

Professor Annamaria Astrologo has been appointed President of the Equi-Lab Committee at the organisation's Ordinary General Assembly. She succeeds Mariacristina Cedrini, who led the Committee during the previous term.
The appointment represents a significant recognition of Professor Astrologo's academic and institutional standing, as well as her commitment to justice, governance, and institutional innovation.

Annamaria Astrologo is an Adjunct Professor at the Law Institute at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). She is a member of the Academic Senate and the University Council, as well as the Scientific Director of the Ticino Observatory on Organised Crime. She also teaches Swiss Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Insubria, collaborates with SUPSI's MAS programmes, and is Co-Vice-President of the Swiss Forum on Restorative Justice.
In her new role, Professor Astrologo will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Equi-Lab Committee, contributing to the definition of strategic guidelines and the development of initiatives promoted by the organisation.
The Equi-Lab Committee also comprises Professor Barbara Antonioli Mantegazzini, Massimo Boni, Ivano D'Andrea, and Andrea Mirco Streit.
