Public Sector Manager
The Public sector manager is responsible for developing and delivering public service policy agenda, which includes managing public services, co-formulation and co-production with non Profit organizations and private firms.  The key activities  of this role will be on:

  • developing and leading policy expertise in public service delivery. The post holder will work closely to develop policy with voluntary and community organizations, and wider stakeholders on the public services advisory group, and communicate these positions to a range of audiences,
  • managing training and consultancy on both public services and governance issues. Clients will include staff from the public, private and voluntary sectors. 

Managerial Roles in Public Administrations (Staff Services)
The position includes managerial responsibilities in some sectors of staff of public administrations operating at national/federal, cantonal/regional and local level. In particular, the activities are carried out in the Organizational Development and Personnel Management, Planning and Management Control, Auditing, Marketing and User Relations, Policy Impact Assessment and Performance Management sectors.

Financial and accounting management in the PA and non-profit organizations
PMP graduates have a solid theoretical basis and application knowledge for working in the Finance and Accounting sectors of PA, public enterprises, hospitals and health and social institutions, non-profit organizations and social enterprises. They can also find interesting professional opportunities in auditing and consulting firms and in the fiduciary companies that work for the PA
Interesting positions can be accountability-related and the preparation of sustainability reports in line with major international standards.

Business Development Manager (Public Sector)
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide portfolio of existing public sector programs and policies where you will be responsible for forming strong relationships with the main stakeholders and the key decision makers. Your objective will be to support by developing solutions, which meet their current and future needs. You will also be responsible for developing new public sector business, cooperating with the internal communication and marketing team, seminars and events. You will seek to establish a network of contacts and referrals, which you will personally prospect for new business opportunities. 

Manager / Specialist Public and social communication / Marketing
PMP graduates already work and will be included in the external and internal communication functions of the PA, public agencies and non-profit organizations in close connection with the planning and strategic management functions
There are numerous areas of activity (from education to road safety and the health and social sector) and many are the communication channels used, from the more traditional ones (events, open doors, traditional media and social media). There are strong links with other activities such as fund raising campaigns and sponsorship development as well as making ideas and suggestions available to decision makers and managers in institutional and public communication activities.
