Just over two years after its inauguration, and after the pandemic that affected the organisation of public events, Il Litorale USI is about to enter a new operational phase with further involvement of the USI student body.

On October 4, during a meeting held at the Maghetti district, USI Rector Boas Erez and USI Pro-Rector for Education and students' experience Lorenzo Cantoni invited representatives of the student associations and Student Corporation of USI to take part in a call for projects to realise new activities and operational approaches at Il Litorale USI.

"Although the initiative has so far found positive feedback in the region, with, for example, the organisation of series of events and the arrival of coworkers at Il Litorale and interacting with USI, we believe that the academic and student communities of USI should also be able to benefit from this initiative", explains USI Rector Boas Erez.

"With the more active involvement of the associations and the Student Corporation, we believe we can achieve this goal", says Prof. Lorenzo Cantoni.  "For this reason we have proposed a call for projects, in order to stimulate ideas and actions from our students, and enable them to devise and realise new activities at Il Litorale".

The call for projects is open until October 31, 2021. Applications can be submitted by e-mail to:
