The call for applications Rome Calling, Milan Calling, Palermo Calling 2022/2023 is open. It is promoted by Istituto Svizzero, which every year offers its premises to artists and researchers who wish to contribute to the future of visual and performing arts, architecture, design, humanities, social and natural sciences.

Applicants must submit online by 7 February 2022 a university research project (researchers) or a personal artistic project (artists) that requires or justifies a stay in Rome, Milan or Palermo and has a connection with Italy, its cultural heritage or its artistic and/or scientific institutions. After the final selection, the candidates will be invited to an interview that will take place during the spring of 2022.

Istituto Svizzero is a transdisciplinary institute dedicated to contemporary art and innovation in academic research. As a non-profit cultural institution, its mission is to promote creative contemporary art and scholarly excellence beyond a national perspective.
