Sharing best practices with the Global Satisfaction Award 2021 winning institutions. It is the goal of the webinar, hosted by Studyportals Academy, which will be held online on 9 November 2021 from 3:30 pm.
The webinar is designed as a moment of exchange so that the winners of the various categories of the GSSA can share their stories and expertise.
Università della Svizzera italiana, which on 14 October won the Global Student Satisfaction Award for Best Student-Faculty Interaction, will also take part in the online event. Lorenzo Cantoni, Pro-Rector for Education and Student's experience, will speak at the webinar.
