USI Welcome 2022 is back. An event for first-year students to meet new classmates, get first-hand information about services and all practical aspects of USI, discover the region and get ready to get off to the best start on their academic adventure. The event will be held from 15 to 24 September 2022. Attendance is mandatory for all new first-year students 2022/23.
The event to welcome first-year students will take place from Thursday, 15 September, to Saturday, 24 September, with an extensive programme of both institutional fields activities in the region, with the participation of first-year Bachelor's and Master's degree enrolled students.
The institutional programme, which is mandatory for all new students of 2022/23, is structured as follows:
- Thursday, 15 September, in Lugano, institutional welcome (for study programmes taught in Italian) and student services day.
- Friday, 16 September, in Lugano, institutional welcome (for study programmes taught in English) and student services day.
- Friday, 16 September, in Mendrisio, institutional welcome and student services day.
19 to 24 September
Cultural, recreational and sports activities to discover the region.
In addition to the institutional welcome, there will be many opportunities on these days to meet new classmates, receive first-hand information about services and all practical aspects of USI, discover the region and prepare for the best start to your studies at USI.
