Discovering the artistic and cultural heritage of the region

An "advent calendar" to unveil the area's architectural and artistic heritage, which is also the theme of USI's holiday greeting card. This is what has been proposed since the beginning of the month on the University's Instagram profile through 24 - simple - questions about cultural heritage of national importance found in Ticino. To mark the "turning point" of the calendar, we are also offering the chance to play through website, putting up for grabs - in addition to the daily prizes that can be won only by answering on Instagram - the final draw of a Caran d'Ache USI pen and a book voucher worth 50 CHF.
To participate in the additional final drawing, you must answer at least one question correctly and leave your email address.
Copies of famous paintings and originals considered masterpieces of art, Ticino villages mentioned in famous novels, important cultural figures who have passed through Ticino, World Heritage sites, traces of the Roman times and a work that we owe perhaps to the signature of one of the greatest geniuses of the Renaissance. And more frescoes with very special scenes, mysterious fortresses and the Great History that has passed through the halls of our hotels.
