The ninth edition of Voxxed Days Ticino, an event dedicated to developers and organised by ated, the Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN) of SUPSI and USI Software Institute, took place on Friday 19 January 2024 at Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano. The event garnered a record attendance of over 400 participants, including speakers, members, sponsors, partners, journalists, and the public.

Voxxed Days is a training event for programmers that brings together internationally and locally renowned speakers, industry leaders, and software engineers. Attendees have the opportunity to access training, exchange ideas and knowledge, and be inspired.

The event was organised jointly by ated, the Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN) of SUPSI and, as of this year, USI Software Institute.

"We are very pleased that the Voxxed Days Ticino had such a good turnout. It is important for the community of developers and researchers in the field of software engineering to continue growing, both in terms of expertise and participation in events such as Voxxed Days Ticino. As the Software Institute, through our centre of competence in applied research CodeLounge, we believe it is crucial to strengthen collaborations with the community in order to enhance the transfer of technology and knowledge from university research to companies and professionals," comments Michele Lanza, Director of USI Software Institute.
