9:00 AM: Keynote Lecture
Prof. Dr. Tania Barkat, chaired by Dr. Alberto Antonietti, delivered an insightful lecture on "Time sensation in the central auditory system." -
10:00 AM: Talks - Session 3
Chaired by Dr. Theodora Chalatsi, the session included presentations on topics such as epigenetic mapping of fear memory, hippocampal inhibitory circuits, and anticipatory coding of anxiety. Spotlight Talks (P22-P26) also added diverse perspectives. -
11:00 AM: Poster Session 2
Focused on "Neural Function and Disorders," the poster session offered attendees the opportunity to engage with researchers and discuss their work over coffee. -
12:00 PM: Workshops
A major highlight of the day was Anna Lazzarinetti's workshop titled "Go from rejected to accepted SNF proposal" (Room A1.04).
Lazzarinetti provided practical advice and strategies to help researchers improve their funding proposals for the Swiss National Science Foundation.Other workshops included:
- Marco Valgimigli on "Implementing clinical and translational research projects" (Room A1.03).
- Roger Redondo on "From Academia to Industry in Neuroscience" (Room A1.05).
- Giuseppe Di Giovanni on "How to Get Your Research Published" (Aula Polivalente).
A sponsor session from Roche also took place.

1:00 PM: Best Presentation and Poster Awards
Awards for the best presentation and best poster were announced by Dr. Alberto Averna, followed by closing remarks from Dr. Maria Reva. -
1:15 PM: Annual SSN Meeting
The day concluded with the Annual SSN Meeting in the Aula Polivalente.
