The University of St. Andrews Global Fellowship Scheme offers prestigious awards to outstanding scholars worldwide, enabling them to spend up to one month at St Andrews.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be recognized as either:
- A significant scholar in their field, or
- An emerging leader who has contributed to original research that advances the frontier of knowledge.
- Candidates must hold an established academic position.
- A completed PhD degree is required.
- Applicants must be employed at a university or research institute located outside of the UK.
Funding and duration
Global Fellows will be provided with
- a stipend of £1000 per 28 day visit (or per day sum for shorter visits)
- self-catered accommodation
- Return airfare
- Airporttransfers to and from St Andrews.
Visits take place between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026.
