Date: 27 November 2025 / 16:45 - 19:00

Aula magna, West Campus Lugano

The kick-off workshop for the new Positive Impact Research Market (PIRM) initiative will be held on Thursday, 27 November 2025, from 4:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the Aula Magna, West Campus, Lugano.

The event will be held in English and is dedicated to bringing together and facilitating interaction between USI students from the faculties of Communication, Economics and Informatics – particularly those who are about to tackle their thesis – and guest speakers. Each corner will present questions of great practical relevance on the theme of sustainability. These challenges, which are of great interest to the professional organisations invited, have an impact on the world we live in and represent potential thesis topics for students.

The initiative offers students a unique opportunity to engage with real-life scenarios in a constructive and professional atmosphere, explore topics related to their course of study and take the opportunity to dialogue directly with professionals and lecturers interested in their ideas and skills. Register here, places are limited!
