Researchers are invited to take part in the second webinar dedicated to the Digital Europe Programme (DEP), part of the Horizon package 2021–2027. The programme strengthens Europe’s digital capacities and complements initiatives such as Horizon Europe. With a total budget of over EUR 8.1 billion, DEP supports activities in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, semiconductors, advanced digital skills, and the deployment of digital technologies.
The webinar will focus on the “Second Set” of calls under the Work Programme 2025–2027, providing a detailed overview of currently open calls as well as an outlook on future opportunities foreseen for 2026 and 2027.
Topics will include Switzerland’s association to the Digital Europe Programme, in-depth presentations of open calls in EuroHPC, Artificial Intelligence (Testbeds, Data Spaces and Health Solutions), and Advanced Digital Skills, as well as information on SERI co-financing, support structures, evaluation criteria, and success factors for applicants. A dedicated Q&A session is also planned.
Representatives from the European Commission (DG CNECT) and from the evaluation agency will participate in the event and contribute to the discussions.
