Eligibility
Candidates must identify as female postdoctoral researchers.
PhD must be completed in STEM fields: life and environmental sciences, physical sciences, mathematics and computing, engineering, architecture, or medicine.
Maximum 3 years of active full-time equivalent postdoctoral experience (career breaks excluded; teaching and industry time included).
Must not currently hold, nor have previously held, a permanent academic position, and must not have a confirmed permanent position before the award start date.
Research must be conducted at a Swiss university or research institute.
Open to candidates of any nationality.
Psychology, education sciences, and social sciences are not eligible.
Applicants returning from a career break are welcome.

Funding and duration
4 awards available.
25,000 CHF per award.
The award is a one-time endowment.
