A new edition of the Swiss TecLadies mentoring programme will launch in September 2026. This initiative is dedicated to young women aged 14 to 19 who are interested in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). To guide the 120 selected participants, the programme is currently seeking female mentors active in these professional and academic fields.

The Swiss TecLadies aims to encourage young participants to explore educational and career paths in science and technology through direct engagement with figures active in the STEM world. The mentors involved will share their experiences, offer a practical look into their respective professions, and guide participants on their path to growth and career development.

The mentoring will take place between September 2026 and April 2027, offering an opportunity for personal and professional exchange to support a new generation of girls interested in scientific and technical disciplines.

Anyone interested in participating as a mentor can apply by completing the dedicated registration form by 24 May 2026.
