Institutional Communication Service

1 March 2018

Is it true that gluten-free diets are healthier? Why are we increasingly affected by food intolerances and allergies? In a world inflated with information, recommendations and advice on how and what to eat, it is becoming ever more difficult to understand what diet to follow. So, is eating becoming some sort of new disease?

A open discussion on these topics with:

Giacomo Simonetti, professor at the USI Faculty of Biomedical Sciences

Francesca Rigotti, philosopher and Lecturer at USI

Dario Bressanini, chemist and science communicator

Evelyne Battaglia-Richi, nutritionist and president of ACSI

The event is organized within the series of public conferences “E tu come stai?”.
