Movetia Mobility Day
As part of the initiative, USI will host the Mobility Day on its campus, representing Italian-speaking Switzerland. This event, organised in collaboration with the national agency Movetia, aims to raise awareness of mobility and above all to encourage students, students and staff to try out this experience.
The day dedicated to the event will be Thursday 26 October. The programme (available here) includes:
Campus West, Lugano
All day long
- Gallery - Entrance via Madonnetta: Info point with gadget distribution;
- Red Building, Level 1: Poster corner with information on mobility programmes and opportunities to stay abroad;
- USI screens: Video with testimonials
2.00 p.m., Auditorium: Information session International Relations and Study Abroad Service, in Italian;
3.00 p.m., Auditorium: Information session International Relations and Study Abroad Service, in English;
2.00 p.m., Lecture rooms A 31 : Workshop ``Studying across differences: benefits and challenges``, with Lego Serious Play methodology, registration required;
4 p.m., Auditorium: Information session Career Service;
6 p.m. until 10 p.m., Aula Magna: Silent Party with DJ Ilaria and apero-dinner, registration required.
Mendrisio Campus
Students of the Academy of Architecture may attend the Silent Party (registration required).
The Mobility Day (in particular, the information session , the projection of the video with testimonials and the poster corner), will take place in Mendrisio on the following day, Friday 27 October.
