What after the Bachelor?
The Faculty of Informatics currently offers seven Master's degrees:
- Master of Science in Informatics
- Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence
- Master of Science in Computational Science
- Master of Science in Software and Data Engineering
- Master of Science in Management and Informatics *
- Master of Science in Financial Technology and Computing *
The Faculty of Informatics offers the opportunity to carry out a part of the programme of the Master in Informatics and the Master in Computational Science at a partner university, in order to obtain a double degree conferred by USI and the chosen partner university.

Research summer internships for students - UROP Internships
The Faculty of Informatics encourages and promotes the talent of its Bachelor and Master students by offering them summer internships in academic research within the programme Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program - UROP.
Internships are extracurricular, and access is on a competitive basis. Students work one-on-one with an advisor to develop a deeper understanding of both the concepts taught during the semester and the research topic. Students considering continuing in academia should seriously consider applying for a UROP position.
