Tuition and fees

Tuition fees amount to CHF 2'000.- per semester. Tuition fees are payable at the beginning of each term by the deadline indicated on the invoice; the payment of the fee is a necessary condition for matriculating or renewing one’s enrolment.

For those who choose a programme with a minor involving the acquisition of ECTS in another Faculty at USI, the semester fee for each of the two semesters of the minor is CHF 4’000.-, reduced to CHF 2’000.- for students whose official residence was in Switzerland or Liechtenstein at the time of the final high school exam (Maturità).

The Faculty of Theology of Lugano helps its students through scholarships standardly covering (in full or in part) the semestrial tuition fee. The scholarships get assigned based on the financial situation and academic excellence of the student.
