Practical Information
The course will be held at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), Lugano West Campus, Via Giuseppe Buffi 13, CH-6900 Lugano.

The language in all workshops will be English; active and passive command of English is expected.

When you arrive on campus at USI
When you arrive at the University's Main Building at via Buffi 13, you should go to our Registration Desk by the main entrance at the front of the building. Registration will be open from 11 am until 1 pm. You will be directed to the teaching room.
Before the Doctoral School starts, you will receive our short Handbook - a document with further information, as well as directions on how to use the computing facilities, via email.

Class materials
All the needed material will be communicated in advance before the start of the course. In most cases, it will be available on the eLearning USI platform iCorsi (it can be accessed through a SWITCH AAI account - provided by all Swiss universities or by us if you are not a Swiss student).

The room numbers will be communicated in advance.
