Welcome Weeks

Academic and social activities at USI do not end with the Welcome Day – they continue over the three weeks following the start of the semester, during the Welcome Weeks.

During the lunch break (12:00–14:00), at the USI Truck, students will have the opportunity to personally meet representatives from various USI Services, who will be happy to introduce the many possibilities and opportunities available to the student community.

New students at the Academy of Architecture will also have a day dedicated to the presentation of USI services.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, from 2:00 pm , in room C0.63, on the ground floor of Palazzo Canavée (Mendrisio Campus).

Attendance is expected from first-year Bachelor students in Architecture, and the event is also open to Master’s students in Architecture who did not complete their Bachelor at USI.

During the afternoon, the services will be presented according to the following schedule:
